*Tuesday evening classes end with a restful restorative posture

May 2, 2023 - Hatha Yoga 

We will use stretch bands and/or light weights to explore strength and stability.

May 9, 2023 - Yin Yoga

Pause in yoga postures (3 - 5 minutes) to experience a deeper stretch, explore mind/body connection and your flow of energy

May 16, 2023 - Restorative Yoga

Give yourself the gift of deep rest, supported by yoga props! 

May 23, 2023 - Hatha Yoga 

Gentle yoga followed by Yoga Nidra aka yogic sleep guided meditation.

May 30, 2023 - Hatha Yoga 

Enjoy breath practices and slow flows.

Yoga Nidra (aka yogic sleep)

This is a guided meditation that includes a body scan, visualization and attention to the breath.  Experience deep rest.  Connect with an inner resolve/intention.  

Private Classes

Some people find Individual sessions helpful if they are new to yoga, are returning after an injury or do not feel comfortable in a group class.


I offer yoga and meditation classes for individuals and groups.

Group classes are available, for example, to residents of a building/condo; business or community/health organizations.

Sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual or group.  

Please contact me regarding fees.  Currently all sessions are virtual.
