Stretch, strengthen and breathe

November 14 - Yin Yoga and Meditation 

We pause in yoga postures for a number of minutes, connecting more deeply with body, mind and heart

 

November 21 - Restorative Yoga

Explore stillness and rest in gentle yoga postures supported by props

 

November 28 - Hatha Yoga

Focus on mobility, steadiness and self massage

CALLING ALL SENIORS

Chair Yoga (on-line)
Thursdays - weekly:  12:30 - 1:40 pm

This is a chair yoga class for seniors.  Yoga is for all ages and all bodies!  Build strength, mobility and balance so that we can experience more ease and enjoyment in our daily activities as we age.  Some of the postures can also be done in standing or lying on a yoga mat if that is accessible for you.

Fee $15 per class

*This is an osteoporosis friendly class.  Kathleen is Bone Fit certified.

Saturday mornings

Enjoy breath practices and flowing sequences to refresh your energy, body and mind!

Yoga Nidra (aka yogic sleep)
Sunday November 26, 2023 
7:30 - 8:05 pm (FREE CLASS)

This is a guided meditation done in a resting posture where you move between a waking and sleeping state and into deeper levels of relaxation. It is beneficial for preparing and supporting sleep and for physical and mental health.

Private Classes

Some people find Individual classes helpful if they are new to yoga, are returning after an injury or do not feel comfortable in a group class.

 

I offer yoga and meditation classes for individuals and groups.

Group classes are available, for example, to residents of a building/condo; business or community/health organizations.

Sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual or group.  

Please contact me regarding fees.  Currently all sessions are virtual.
