Monthly / Special Classes
Tuesday evenings 6:30 - 7:50 pm
A gentle Hatha yoga class with a focus on flexibility and mobility.
This class ends with 15 minutes of restorative yoga.
Yoga Basics for Beginners

Learn practices to deepen your connection with self, develop strength and flexibility and ways to calm body and mind through yoga postures (asanas), breath practices (pranayama), and meditation. Included is an individual class with Kathleen. And as a bonus you will receive a class designed just for you!!
Fee $125 - Early Bird Special until January 12, $99.
Saturday mornings 10:30 - 11:45 am
Start your day with this energizing class which focuses on strength, mobility and flexibility.

Rest and refresh as you relax in nourishing, restorative yoga postures that support deep rest, bringing calm to mind and body. No yoga experience necessary.

In Yin yoga postures are held for longer periods (3 - 5 minutes), which allows for a deeper stretch and a mindful, meditative experience.
Self Massage, Yoga and Relaxation!

Bring a towel, small ball (tennis or yoga tune up ball), lotion. Enjoy self-massage, gentle yoga and a guided relaxation!!

Some people find Individual sessions helpful if they are new to yoga, are returning after an injury or do not feel comfortable in a group class.
I offer yoga and meditation classes for individuals and groups.
Group classes are available, for example, to residents of a building/condo; business or community/health organizations.
Sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual or group.
