This 4 week series taught by Sandy Watters, yoga teacher, will include yoga postures (asanas), breath practices (pranayama), introduction to restorative yoga, principles of Hatha yoga.  You will learn how to make yoga accessible for your body,

Restorative Yoga with Massage!

Enjoy a luxurious restorative class with massage. Martha Wheaton, RMT will provide massage throughout the class using essential oils.  Rest in gentle yoga postures draped in blankets with soothing music in the background. You will float out of this class!

Private Classes

Some people find Individual sessions helpful if they are new to yoga, are returning after an injury or do not feel comfortable in a group class. 

I offer yoga and meditation classes for individuals and groups.

Group classes are available, for example, to residents of a building/condo; business or community/health organizations.

Sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual or group.  

Please contact me regarding fees for sessions held at the studio or in your home or organization/meeting place.
