Private Classes
I offer private yoga/meditation classes and special events/workshops. Some people find individual classes helpful if they are new to yoga, are returning after an injury, or do not feel comfortable in a group setting. Sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual(s). For example, twice a week I currently teach OsteoFit private group classes for older adults.
