Weekly Classes

Tuesday evenings

*Tuesday evening classes end with a restful restorative posture

November 8 - Hatha Yoga 

We will use blocks and straps to create steadiness, build strength and explore flexibility.

November 15 - Restorative Yoga 

Rest deeply with support from props, mind and body can settle become calmer.

November 22 - Yin Yoga  

Pause in yoga postures for 3-5 minutes to experience a deeper stretch, deepen the mind/body connection, and experience the flow of your energy.

November 29 - Hatha Yoga

Focus on strengthening the core.

Fee:  $15

Saturday mornings 
10:30 - 11:45 am 

Awaken your energy with breath practices and flowing sequences to warm and strengthen the body

Fee:  $15

Private Classes

Some people find Individual sessions helpful if they are new to yoga, are returning after an injury or do not feel comfortable in a group class.

 

I offer yoga and meditation classes for individuals and groups.

Group classes are available, for example, to residents of a building/condo; business or community/health organizations.

Sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual or group.  

Please contact me regarding fees.  Currently all sessions are virtual.

Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep)

This is a guided meditation that includes a body scan and attention to the breath.  Experience deep rest.  Connect with an inner resolve/attention.  

Fee:  $10 per household
