Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep)

Experience a deep level of relaxation and peace, finding a state between wakefulness and sleep. Contact me to stay updated on when Yoga Nidra will next run.

Private Classes

I offer private yoga/meditation classes and special events/workshops. Some people find individual classes helpful if they are new to yoga, are returning after an injury, or do not feel comfortable in a group setting. Sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual(s). For example, twice a week I currently teach OsteoFit private group classes for older adults.

Yin 

We pause in yoga postures for a few minutes at a time for a deeper stretch .  A practice for being present to our experience in each moment.

11/25 Tuesday
Restorative

Rest in yoga postures supported by props. Find stillness, quiet, and deep rest

Older Adult - Chair 

Chair yoga to build strength, mobility, and balance. Some postures can be done standing or lying on a yoga mat. Fee: $18.​

*This is an osteoporosis friendly class. Kathleen is Bone Fit certified.​
