Weekly Classes

*Tuesday evening classes end with a restful restorative posture

June 7 - Restorative Yoga 

Rest deeply in yoga postures supported by props

 

June 14 - Hatha Yoga - use of stretch bands for stability and for building confidence

 

June 21 - Hatha Yoga - for neck, shoulders, upper back

June 28 - Yin Yoga:  Pause in yoga postures for 3-5 minutes to experience a deeper stretch, explore mind/body connection and flow of energy.

 

Fee:  $15

Saturday mornings 
10:30 - 11:45 am 

Awaken your energy with breath practices and flowing sequences to warm and strengthen the body

Fee:  $15

Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep)

This is a guided meditation that includes a body scan and attention to the breath.  Experience deep rest.  Connect with an inner resolve/attention.  

Fee:  $10 per household

Private Classes

Some people find Individual sessions helpful if they are new to yoga, are returning after an injury or do not feel comfortable in a group class.

 

I offer yoga and meditation classes for individuals and groups.

Group classes are available, for example, to residents of a building/condo; business or community/health organizations.

Sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual or group.  

Please contact me regarding fees.  Currently all sessions are virtual.
