A gentle Hatha yoga class with a focus on flexibility and mobility.
This class ends with 15 minutes of restorative yoga.

Start your day with this energizing class which focuses on strength, mobility and flexibility.

In Yin yoga postures are held for longer periods (3 - 5 minutes), which allows for a deeper stretch and a mindful, meditative experience.

8:00 - 8:30 a.m.
Join me for a 30 minute gentle yoga class to start your day feeling refreshed and energized.
Classes will be recorded so that you can use them to continue your home practice or if you are not able to attend one or more classes.

Some people find Individual sessions helpful if they are new to yoga, are returning after an injury or do not feel comfortable in a group class.
I offer yoga and meditation classes for individuals and groups.
Group classes are available, for example, to residents of a building/condo; business or community/health organizations.
Sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual or group.
Please contact me regarding fees. Currently all session are virtual.
