Tuesday evenings 6:30 - 7:50 pm

A gentle Hatha yoga class with a focus on flexibility and mobility.

​This class ends with 15 minutes of restorative yoga and a luxurious face massage to promote deep relaxation.


Friday noon 12:00 - 12:50 am

Begins January 17, 2020

Chair / accessible yoga.  This class is available for beginners, those who have been away from yoga for awhile, or have health concerns. 


Chairs are available for those who have difficulty getting up and down from the floor.  Most postures will be done seated or standing.  Note:  the building is not wheelchair accessible.

PWYC (pay what you choose). 

Saturday mornings 10:30 - 11:45 am 

A gentle Hatha yoga class to energize and strengthen body and mind.

This 4 week series taught by Sandy Watters will include yoga postures (asanas), breath practices (pranayama) alignment, making yoga accessible for your body, intro to restorative yoga and principles of Hatha yoga.  


Monthly Yin Yoga


February 7, 2020 - 6:30-7:45 pm

In Yin yoga postures are held for longer periods (5- 20 minutes), which allows for a deeper stretch and a mindful, meditative experience.

Restorative Yoga Classes

February 11 and 25, 2020

6:30 - 7:50 pm

This gentle class promotes deep relaxation as you move through restful and nourishing postures with the support of yoga props.  The class ends with a soothing face massage. No yoga experience necessary!

This class will include a variety of yoga practices that can support us to have healthy and strong bones. Handouts will be available. Bring a notebook/pen.

Restorative Yoga with Massage! Sunday, March 8

4:00–5:30 pm

Enjoy a luxurious restorative class with massage. Martha Wheaton, RMT will provide massage throughout the class using essential oils.  Rest in gentle yoga postures draped in blankets with soothing music in the background. You will float out of this class!

Register for the class as soon as you can. Spaces fill quickly!


($45 for 5 class pass holders)

Private Classes

Some people find Individual sessions helpful if they are new to yoga, are returning after an injury or do not feel comfortable in a group class. 

I offer yoga and meditation classes for individuals and groups.

Group classes are available, for example, to residents of a building/condo; business or community/health organizations.

Sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual or group.  

Please contact me regarding fees for sessions held at the studio or in your home or organization/meeting place.
