October 1 – Hatha Yoga
​Focus on mobility and strength in feet, ankles, knees and hips. Bring a tennis ball or similar ball.

October 8 – Hatha Yoga
​We will use strap and or light weights to support yoga postures.
​
October 15 – Hatha Yoga
Explore mobility in shoulders and hips.
​
​October 22 - Yin Yoga
We pause in yoga postures for a number of minutes in this meditative mind-body practice

October 29 –Restorative yoga
Rest in gentle yoga postures supported by props, find stillness, quiet, and relaxation​

CALLING ALL SENIORS
Chair Yoga (on-line)
Thursdays - weekly: 12:30 - 1:40 pm
This is a chair yoga class for seniors. Yoga is for all ages and all bodies! Build strength, mobility and balance so that you can experience more ease and vitality. Some postures can also be done in standing or lying on a yoga mat if that is accessible for you.
Fee $18 per class

*This is an osteoporosis friendly class.

Some people find Individual classes helpful if they are new to yoga, are returning after an injury or do not feel comfortable in a group class.
I offer yoga and meditation classes for individuals and groups.
Group classes are available, for example, to residents of a building/condo; business or community/health organizations.
Sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual or group.
