Connect with your breath in this mindful yoga practice where we stay in yoga postures for a few minutes at a

time

 

January 27 – Restorative yoga

Rest in yoga postures, supported by props,  find stillness, quiet, and relaxation

Older Adult Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga (on-line)
Thursdays - weekly:  12:30 - 1:40 pm

Yoga is for all ages and all bodies!  Build strength, mobility and balance so that you can experience more ease and vitality.  Some postures can also be done in standing or lying on a yoga mat if that is accessible for you.

Fee $18 per class

*This is an osteoporosis friendly class.

Private Classes

HOLIDAY SPECIAL

Until January 15, you can purchase a private 50 minute, one on one virtual yoga class with me for $60,  ($20 off regular fee).  Payment  by e-transfer.

 

 

Some people find Individual classes helpful if they are new to yoga, are returning after an injury or do not feel comfortable in a group class.

 

I offer yoga and meditation classes for individuals and groups.

Group classes are available, for example, to residents of a building/condo; business or community/health organizations.

Sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual or group.
